Susan is the founder of Strategy to Performance Consulting. She has been a senior executive and HR Director in top 100 companies and government, leading successful transformational change and performance improvement in complex organisations before moving into management consulting and interim executive assignments. She has led the successful design and implementation of two world-first service transformations as well as numerous other system-wide change initiatives. Susan now works as an interim executive and consultant in the areas of human resource management, business performance improvement, transformational change, and people, leadership and culture change. |
